Go to your twitter account and go to "settings" and then go to "devices" make sure the number is correct. also, make sure that the device update is turned on for those you're following. to do this just go to their twitter page, and click where it says "device updates" and make sure it says "device updates on." (should be next to the "follow" button.) finally, some people keep their tweets private and it doesnt get sent to you as a text, recommend you get an application to use twitter than just texting. follow me and i'll follow you.
